None at all. GenPicz is designed to be used by anyone. Simply type a description of the image you want, select a style preset if you wish, and click Generate. The AI handles everything else.

Most images are generated in under 8 seconds. During peak periods it may take slightly longer, but Pro and Studio plan subscribers benefit from a priority queue that guarantees faster generation times.

Yes. When you sign up you receive a set of free generation credits so you can explore the platform before committing to a paid plan. No credit card is required to get started.

GenPicz offers 35+ style presets including Photorealism, Fantasy, Anime, Cinematic, Surrealism, Watercolour, Pixel Art, Concept Art, Sci-Fi, Dark Fantasy, Retro, Architecture, and many more. Starter plans include 12 presets; Pro and Studio plans unlock the full library.

Be as specific as possible. Instead of "a dog", try "a golden retriever sitting on a wooden porch at sunset, soft warm light, photorealistic". Include subject, setting, lighting, mood, and style. You can also use the /enhance command to let the AI improve your prompt automatically.

Standard quality images are generated at 1024×1024 px (1:1). HD quality (Pro) supports portrait, landscape, and widescreen ratios up to 1920 px. Studio plan subscribers also get upscaling to 4× resolution for print-ready output.

Yes. You can attach a reference image using the attachment button in the prompt box. The AI will use it as style or composition guidance while still generating a completely original image.

All generated images can be downloaded as PNG (lossless). Studio plan subscribers additionally get WebP and TIFF formats for professional print workflows.

We offer three plans billed in euros: Starter from €24/month (up to 50 images), Pro from €49/month (up to 50 images, HD quality, all presets, priority queue), and Studio from €89/month (unlimited workspaces, full API, custom fine-tuning). Prices scale with monthly image volume. Yearly billing saves 20%.

Yes. All prices shown include VAT in accordance with Portuguese and EU tax law. Business customers in other EU countries may provide their VAT number to purchase with the applicable rate for their jurisdiction.

Yes, absolutely. There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as MB WAY and Multibanco for customers in Portugal. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

When you reach your monthly limit, generation is paused until the next billing cycle resets your credits. You can upgrade your plan or add extra image packs at any time from your account settings.

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password". Enter your email address and we will send you a secure reset link valid for 30 minutes. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We are fully GDPR-compliant and never sell your personal data to third parties. You can review your rights and request data deletion at any time via our GDPR page.

Yes. You can request full account deletion from your account settings or by emailing contact@genpicz.com. All personal data and generated images associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Yes. The GenPicz REST API is available to Studio plan subscribers. It allows you to integrate AI image generation directly into your product or workflow. Full documentation, code samples, and SDKs are available on the API page.

Studio plan API access is limited to 60 requests per minute by default. Enterprise clients with higher volume requirements can contact us at contact@genpicz.com to discuss dedicated rate limits.

You own the output images you generate on GenPicz, subject to our Terms of Service. All paid plan subscribers receive a commercial licence allowing use in client projects, advertising, merchandise, and other commercial applications.

Yes, on any paid plan. Images generated on a paid subscription may be used for commercial purposes including client work, advertising, print, merchandise, and digital products. Free plan images are for personal, non-commercial use only.
